Spreading the Gospel through a life transformed.
Our Mission
Spreading the Gospel message of Jesus Christ through service to those in need; Bringing the hope of a life transformed and renewed through God’s love by offering shelter, food and support for those experiencing homelessness, and poverty.
Our How
At Toledo Gospel Rescue Mission, we believe in the transforming power of Jesus Christ. As Scripture says, ‘If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come.’ (2 Corinthians 5:17) We provide a place where those in need can encounter the love of God, hear the gospel message, and find new life in Christ. Our mission is His mission—to bring hope, renewal, and salvation to all who seek Him.
Our Why
“When someone becomes a Christian, he becomes a brand-new person. He is not the same anymore. A new life has begun. All things are from God who brought us back to Himself through what Christ Jesus did. And God has given us the privilege of urging everyone to come into His favor and be reconciled to Him.” II Corinthians 5:17-18
